Since the cutting machine's operating process is high-temperature cutting, the surrounding environment temperature is relatively high. After the high-temperature operation of the equipment, the residual temperature of the materials and equipment will be higher, and the retention will be longer. The cutting master must wait for the materials and equipment to cool down completely, and cooperate with the mechanical equipment. Move, continue cutting, etc.; the whole process of the operation also needs to be set for stage cutting, and the equipment is rested in time and segment.

Furthermore, for the clothing of our workers, due to the high temperature of the surrounding environment, some flammable and explosive materials and chemical fiber clothing should be kept away. The frictional use of guide rails and racks are places where heat is generated. The high temperature of certain materials will also affect the cutting effect, so as to avoid affecting the use of lubricating oil.

The layout of the entire environment, air pipes, power cords, gas cylinders, etc. are well placed, and cannot be placed on guide rails and cutting planes to prevent all accidents.

At the end of the cutting operation, the equipment should be powered off, cut off air, and the panel should be cooled and wiped clean to ensure that the next use can be carried out quickly and effectively.
