The vertical and horizontal movements are guided by precision ball linear guides with good guiding accuracy. The frame is an integral structure, the beam is a welded box structure, and the beam is equipped with a horizontal drive device and a cutting torch horizontally moving ball linear guide. The double-side drive machine has a pair of the same longitudinal drive device. The precision output gear is driven by the servo motor, which meshes with the precision rack mounted on the frame to make the end frame move longitudinally. The whole machine runs smoothly and has high cutting accuracy. The lateral movement of the main cutting torch is linear movement generated by the precision rack of the drive unit on the beam. The geometric shapes required by the user are cut through the computer-controlled numerical control cutting system.
This machine is equipped with a segmented air exhaust and dust removal device, and the air exhaust and dust removal pipeline of this machine is an external, mechanical damper. Through the operation of the Y axis, the air doors are opened one by one, and the ventilation effect is excellent.
